SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH ON THE AEQ METHOD®
The research down below aims to assess how learning the AEQ method affects participants who are experiencing persistent discomfort or medically unexplained challenges in AEQ method and AEQ breathing online programs that were thought by other AEQ teachers. The goal of this research is to provide an objective analysis of how learning about sensations, feelings, emotions, and key principles can support improved functioning. Please keep in mind that a Level 1 AEQ teacher, like myself, cannot replicate many of the psychological effects mentioned in the papers down below.
